RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. The reservation and cancellation policy applies to making accommodation reservations through any channels.
2. You are asked to guarantee a reservation with a bank card.
3. The hotel shall debit 100% of the price of accommodation and additional services 2 (two) days before the day of arrival to guarantee orders made for accommodation period from 01.01 to 06.06 and 19.08 – 30.12. After that the order cannot be cancelled and refunds shall not be made.
4. The hotel shall debit 100% of the price of accommodation and additional services 14 (fourteen) days before the day of arrival to guarantee orders made for accommodation period from 07.06 to 18.08. After that the order cannot be cancelled and refunds shall not be made.
5. The hotel shall debit immediately 100% of the price of accommodation and additional services to guarantee orders made for accommodation period from 31.12 to 01.01. After that the order cannot be cancelled and refunds shall not be made.
6. When reserving 3 (three) or more rooms and/or starting from 7 (seven) guests, the hotel shall debit 100% of the price of accommodation and additional services 21 (twenty-one) days before the day of arrival. After that the order cannot be cancelled and refunds shall not be made.
7. When reserving 7 (seven) or more rooms for the period from 07.06 to 18.08, the hotel shall debit 50% of the price of accommodation and additional services 10 (ten) days after confirming the reservation. 50 % of the price shall be paid at least 21 (twenty-one) days before the start of the accommodation. After that the order cannot be cancelled and refunds shall not be made.
8. The hotel has the right to cancel the order if the payment is unsuccessful.
9. Check-in is from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Late check-in starting from 00:00 costs €30. Vacating the room and check-out at 12.00 at the latest. Late check-out is possible for an additional fee in case of available rooms.
10. Children aged between 0 – 2 years are accommodated free of charge with a parent and a baby cot can be ordered for the child free of charge. Please specify your request for an extra bed when making a reservation.
11. Children aged between 3 – 7 years are accommodated free of charge if the child sleeps in the same bed with two parents. Breakfast price of 10 € shall be added to the price of accommodation.
12. Adult prices apply to children starting from 8 (eight) years of age.
13. Children starting from 8 (eight) years of age can be accommodated with their parent in the deluxe suite with two bedrooms and a balcony.
14. A family room is suitable for accommodating two adults or two adults and two children aged between 7 – 15 years.
15. In order to provide services smoothly and to compensate for potential additional fees, in case of accommodation in a suite, we ask for a 300 (three hundred) € deposit per one suite when checking in at the hotel. After check-out from the hotel the deposit shall be immediately refunded in full if there are no apparent damages upon checking the room.
16. The hotel may establish conditions other than specified in this policy, which shall be set out clearly and unambiguously with the selected accommodation and/or price.
17. The reservation and cancellation policy applies together with the general terms and conditions.
18. If a version of this text in some other language does not coincide with the Estonian version or in case of discrepancies between them, the Estonian version shall prevail.
